Welcome to Bud Crawley Real Estate online classes!

Our classes are designed to help you complete your course requirements in the most efficient and convenient way.

Our courses are each based on four (4) credit hours, allowing you to complete your 24 hour requirement in six (6) classes rather than eight (8).

  The course requirement for the state of Arizona is:    
 

Agency Law – 4 hours
Contract Law – 4 hours
Disclosure Law – 4 hours
Legal Issues – 4 hours
Fair Housing – 4 hours
Commissioners’s Rules – 4 hours
     

Please note you only need one course in each of these categories in order to complete the State requirement.

You are welcome to take other courses that may be of interest to you, however it is important that your completed 24 hours include the courses required by the State for certification.
